Born in 1967 in Philadelphia, PA, Mike Barnes is a critically acclaimed jazz musician of his generation that emerged in the wake of the influence of such jazz greats as Dizzy Gillespie and Miles Davis. A music prodigy, Barnes studies within the music field lead him at a young age to Juliard Music where he mastered the saxaphone, horn, trumpet, keyboards and drums. 

 

Famous in his own right, Barnes has performed all over the world in Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as North, South and Central America.
