Pay If Forward  Online  Raffle

 

 

Instructions:

 

Fill out the form provided with the required information.  In the message box provide the basket number, and amount of tickets you would like to purchase.  After sending your raffle order, pay the required amount(s) by pressing the PayPal link below.  After receiving your bid a raffle ticket number(s)  will be sent to the provided email address.  Once the raffle has concluded, winners will be notiflied via email or phone, and merchandise will be mailed / delivered within 2-4 business days.

Actual Raffle baskets will be posted 24-hours prior to drawing.
